Parent Support Worker


School has a duty of care to all pupils and staff. We take this responsibility very seriously. The safeguarding team meet each Monday afternoon to monitor/update on any pupils we are worried about.

The Safeguarding Team consists of: Mrs Armela Patel  (Head Teacher and Head Designated Safeguarding Lead), Mrs Stokes  (Deputy Head Teacher, SENCO, and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead), Mrs Karen Stephens (Alumwellies Manager and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead) and Mrs Simone Sinclair. Simone is our Parent Support Adviser who has responsibility for safeguarding Alumwell Nursery. She is always on hand to help parents and families.

If a member of staff has any concerns regarding a pupil they may raise them with any of the team.

Alumwell Nursery School is supported by Greggs who provide a donation weekly to our families. We are registered to provide Food Bank vouchers to families in need, Please see Simone who will be willing to provide more information.
